Depends. If you're referring to the beach then yes. If the temp, then maybe. Yesterday was only around -6 to -9, and I don't usually mind the cold.
0C to -4C:Stay inside and enjoy the snow that is probably falling. Probably too humid and sweaty to enjoy outside.
-5C to -8C:Enjoy the snow that has fallen already. Perfect skating weather.
-9C to -15C:Perfect Hockey weather. Not much good for anything else.
-16C and below:Stay inside and BURN ALL THE THINGS. Call people in Alberta and Saskatchewan and gloat about the balmy temps where you are.
